Losing Weight is Simple - But You Must Put in The Work

I do my very best to make things as simple as possible – no BS workouts and nutrition guidelines that will get you the best results possible in the least amount of time, and with the least amount of stress possible.

Most people, especially personal trainers, always make working out and eating for fat loss too complicated.

You must use a certain percentage of weight, for a certain number of reps, you can only rest X seconds between exercises, and you must make sure you joints are at the perfect angle, blah blah blah.

And on top of that, you have to follow all of these eating guidelines: you can only eat at certain times, heaven forbid you eat carbs and fat in the same meal, you have to eat 5-6 small meals, you must have a certain percentage of macronutrients with each meal, and blah, blah, blah, blah.

Honestly, people. It is not that complicated.

Losing weight and building the body you want is actually very, very simple.

If you want a simple but very effective workout to follow, then check out The Ultimate Fat Burning Workout I designed on an earlier blog post.

If you want the simplest and easiest weight loss plan that I have ever discovered, then check that out here => www.EatStressFree.com. There are no strict rules to follow and it is completely flexible.

Now the title of this post is “Weight Loss is Simple, but It Ain’t Always Easy.”

The only thing I have found to be “easy” when it comes to weight loss is following general nutrition guidelines, or using the program at www.EatStressFree.com. Those truly are the simplest and easiest methods I have ever found, used, and recommended.

Now we’ll get into the “It Aint’ Always Easy” part. This is more applicable to the workouts. While they are incredibly simple in design, they are not easy to perform.

Yes, I have had clients lose 10 pounds within four or five weeks – but they busted their butts. They didn’t go into the gym and waste time. No, they went in there with a plan and determination to give 100 percent the entire time.

Make no mistake about it – most workouts I design (or recommend) are not “easy” in the sense that you can just walk in, take your time, and put in minimal effort.

If you want big weight loss results like 10 pounds in four weeks, you are going to have to work hard. You’re going to get out of breath, sweat, and ask yourself why you’re doing this.

But that is what produces incredible results.

I can tell you every little thing you need to do to lose weight fast and permanently – from nutrition to the workouts. I can make it as simple as possible.

But you are the one who has to put in the work.

I can’t count how many times people have asked for my advice in the gym or emailed me asking for some direction on how to lose weight. More often than not, I give them the simplest, most effective advice, but do you know what happens?

Not a thing.

They don’t apply the information I have given them.

Now it’s time to ask yourself: am I putting in 100% into my workouts? Can I accept the fact that it won’t always be “easy” to work out and follow my nutrition guidelines?

Once you can accept the fact that it’s going to take hard work and determination, you will already be leagues ahead of other people.

There are no magic pills, supplements, dances, or ab machines that will get you amazing results without putting in hard work. Those are just lies that people sell in order to make money.

So now, it’s time to man (or woman) up.

You must be determined and motivated to accomplish your goals. Don’t let anything or anyone get in your way. Have a smart plan of action, and apply it 100 percent.

Your efforts will be rewarded.

What changes are you going to make? Are you going to give 100%? Tell me in the comments section.
