Workout and Weight Loss Motivation

Are You Truly Motivated to Change Your Body?
I wasn’t entirely sure how to start this blog post, so I’ll just get right into it.
If there is one thing I have become quite proficient at over these past few years training people, it’s being able to tell within one minute of speaking to someone if they are going to accomplish their goals.
Even more recently, I have been able to tell who is serious through emails.
I’ve mentioned this before in a previous post => Determination and Motivation to Lose Weight, but I want to expand on this a little more today.
In the past I decided to work with individuals that I knew weren’t truly committed to changing their bodies or behaviors. They would show up late, barely put in any effort, cancel training sessions, and I know very well they weren’t following the nutrition guidelines I gave them.
A few weeks later, they would blame me for their failure. It was “all my fault” that they didn’t get the results they wanted.
Uh huh . . . yeah right.
The fact of the matter is this: very few people are willing to take the action necessary to produce the results they want. This applies to losing fat, building muscle, and basically every other aspect of life.
It’s so much easier to make excuses or blame someone else when things don’t go their way.
And here’s another important point: either myself or another great strength and conditioning coach can give you a full proof plan of action to get you the results you want, but if you don’t take action it is never going to happen.
Furthermore, some people only take bits and pieces of the plans or advice they are given, and then when they don’t get results, once again they blame someone else.
How can you not apply a plan as written 100%, and then actually blame that person for you not getting results? For instance, if you choose to use Fat Loss Detour to change your body, but you don’t apply everything as outlined, do not expect to get the great results others do who apply everything in that program. If you only applied bits and pieces, you would not be following Fat Loss Detour.
Okay . . . I’ll get off my soap box. I just want to stress the point that anyone can get the best fat loss/muscle building plan in the world, but if they do not commit to the process and take action consistently, then that great plan won’t benefit them at all.
If you are truly ready to change your body – whether it’s to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, run faster, whatever – you have to commit and take action.
So, if your goal is to lose fat, then make sure you check out Fat Loss Detour. It is 50% off until tomorrow evening. This program is presented in a no non-sense way, and I guarantee you will get results because it has worked time and time again.
I am proud to say that Fat Loss Detour is unlike any other fat loss program out there. You truly take a completely different route to achieve fat loss, and the workouts and nutritional guidelines are completely flexible so you can revolve them around your life.
If, however, your goal is to gain muscle, you still must commit to the change 100% and take action. By far the best muscle building program I have ever used personally and with my clients is Jason Ferruggia’s Muscle Gaining Secrets. You can check that out by Clicking Here.
Whatever your body transformation goal may be, just make sure you commit yourself and don’t let anything or anyone stand in your way. No one can do it for you – it is entirely up to you.
Don’t wait for January 1, 2010 to make a change. Wouldn’t you like to make a lot of progress from now until then? Think of the results you can get in that amount of time!
There is no better time than the present. Don’t wait until tomorrow, next week, or New Years to make a change – make it today.
